    37 Practices of a Bodhisattva

Wuji Mu Studio, 2888 West Liberty Ave 15216, Pittsburgh, PA, US

    Event description:
A weekly study and practice group on the
37 Practices of a Bodhisattva, Gyalse Tokme Zangpo's 14th-century text on living a life of compassion and clarity. We meet Sundays at 4:00 PM at Wujimu Studios. Our first session Sunday, August 9. Each session is self-contained with meditation practice, reading the text, and discussion about applying it in real life so anyone can join any week and get something from it.

The series: Over the late summer and fall we'll explore the entire text, verse by verse, from the preliminaries through the heart practices of compassion to the final precepts. We're a group of people looking for spiritual approaches to feel better and to help create a better, more compassionate world. No prior study is needed and you don't have to be a Buddhist. Just have a willingness and intention to feel better and create a better world. It's part of a wider initiative helping groups anywhere study the text together, with free resources at 37practices.space, offered in devotion to Garchen Rinpoche.

  • October Cuddle & Co Regulation Workshop!

October Cuddle & Co Regulation Workshop!

Wuji Mu Studio, 2888 West Liberty Ave 15216, Pittsburgh, PA, US

    Hiya!

Wanna celebrate boundaries and consent with me?

Wanna celebrate my 3rd official cuddle Workshop in my new studio? Come to my Cuddle and Co Regulation Workshop where we will honor that No touch is Ever required!

Have you ever been to a cuddle event previously? Have any questions? Message me at crystaltherapy.cc@gmail.com or at 412-368-2409.

Never been? Well, let me tell you it's quite the experience. I recommend bringing comfy clean clothes and anything that makes you feel safe. We will work together using language and presence to cocreate safety. It helps to come prepared with your favorite stuffed animal or a water bottle or snacks that make you feel good.

This sober event will last about 3 hours give or take a few minutes and doors will lock at 6:45pm. (Doors open at 6:15pm. Event begins between 6:30 and 6:45pm) That means doors will lock and we will all put away our phones. (so if you think you'll be late let me know)

We will connect at Wujimu Studios in Dormont and this event will cost 40 dollars at the door. If you purchase tickets prior (via Venmo or Eventbrite) I will give you a $10 discount.

Here is the link to my Venmo.
Here is the link to the Eventbrite.

There will be a meditation and some exercises before we engage in a Cuddle Social that will last roughly 2 hours.

Please know that No Touch is Required throughout my events.

I'm slowly learning to trust myself and opening up to vulnerability. It's a long journey that I hope you will join me on.

Please note that space is limited in my current location. I will accept the first 12-15 paid tickets. Please let me know if you are unable to make it. I can either give credit or refund you for your ticket if you communicate prior to the event start time.

Please message me if you have any questions or would like to request a sliding scale option. I always allow people to pay what they can afford. But I request that you communicate prior to the event if that is the case.

Once the doors close and lock. (usually about 15 minutes later than the start time I stop looking at my phone and will be unable to see if you are coming... so text me before the start of the event!!!)

    Hugs!!!
