Ever wanted to learn manga from someone who actually does it for a living? That's what this group is for!
A professional manga artist based in West Tokyo here β I run small, casual sessions on topics like storytelling, panel layout, and how the manga industry works. Lots of room for questions along the way.
Here's what I believe: getting better at manga isn't a smooth line going up. It's more like stairs. You practice and feel stuck for a long time β then suddenly, when many things click together, you jump up a step. Climbing that step is hard, and it takes time. I can't do it for you. But I can help you on the way up β and that's why I made this group. Whatever step you're on right now, you're welcome here.
