About this Language Exchange

• You can use topic card for a nice chat
• Divide the participants into small groups (3-4ppl/group).
• Change seats to give everyone a chance to talk with each other.
• There is a schedule of 15-20 minutes of English conversation followed by 15-20 minutes of Japanese conversation and so on.

It doesn't matter if you can't speak Japanese or English, if you are interested😉

🎫 Participation Fee

1. QR Ticket + Online Prepayment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, credit card)
   ・¥650 for the first 10 people
   ・¥700 for others pre-paying online
2. QR Ticket + Pay at Venue (Cash or PayPay)
   ・¥500 for the first 5 people aged 25 or under (ID required)
   ・¥1,000 for everyone else with QR Ticket
   *If you do not bring your ID, the fee will be ¥1,000.
3. No QR Ticket (SNS reservation only)
   ・¥1,500 (Cash or PayPay)

About Reservations:
Our community also uses the WelcomeJapan website to issue QR tickets because Meetup Japan does not support multiple online payment methods. Obtaining a QR ticket is optional but recommended. Please obtain your QR code ticket at least 30 minutes before the event starts to help ensure smooth event operations and check-in.
