From CyclEd - Melbourne Menstrual Cycle Health Literacy

🌸 **Know your cycle. Know your body.** Join CyclEd for a relaxed afternoon of women’s health literacy over dinner in Prahran. Most of us were taught what a period is, but not what the rest of the menstrual cycle is doing. In this session we’ll walk through the full cycle in plain language and talk about: 🌸 What happens in each phase and the hormones behind it 🌸 How to read your body’s signals, including energy, mood and discharge 🌸 How food and movement can work with your cycle 🌸 What’s normal variation, and what’s worth checking with a doctor No prior knowledge needed. This is a welcoming space for anyone who menstruates, and questions are encouraged. 📅 **When:** Sunday 1 November, 1pm to approx. 4pm 📍 **Where:** Prahran Hotel 82 High St, Windsor VIC 3181 Private dining room 2 💸 **Cost:** Free to attend! 🍽 Come hungry! There will be time throughout the night to order food and drinks at the bar or via the QR code on the tables. Food and drinks are at your own cost. Spots are limited, so if you miss out this time, there will be another event. You can also reach us at [CyclEducation@gmail.com](mailto:CyclEducation@gmail.com). We can’t wait to see you there!

Daylight savings and warm evenings - what better excuse for a social get-together! The London Tavern is around 10 mins walk from Richmond Station and we will find a spot in the large undercover beer garden. Come along for some food, drinks and company... A chance to share some stories, catch up or to learn more about the club if you are thinking about joining. It's a 100 year old pub which is pretty cool, too. Wednesday night is Steak Night ($30). Menu is here: https://www.londontavernhotel.com/eat-drink
