This is the perfect class as there is no pressure at all, we provide one of the most relaxing and informal classes for you to get creative and to improve your clay sculpting skills. Clare & Rhiannon will be on hand to give advice and support with your sculptures to help you get the most out of the session. The workshop will be: * short poses of 1-10 minutes to warm-up * a long pose for the remaining time * a couple of breaks for the artists and model 35€ by BIZUM (contact me to pay by BIZUM 647911448) Materials are included. Beginners will be guided through the process of making things using techniques such as slab building, coiling, pinching, texturing, under-glazing and glazing. So please read the FAQ carefully and respect the time and effort of the volunteers.*** ### ***Important note about class balance*** This salsa class is free, which means we cannot control or guarantee the balance between leaders and followers in advance. We also cannot predict exactly who will show up on the day. For that reason, **admission to the class is based on arrival time**. *Once the class reaches maximum capacity, with a balanced number of participants, we may not be able to let more people join.* We understand this can sometimes be frustrating, but this is the fairest way for us to keep the class balanced, organized, and enjoyable for everyone. Please arrive on time to secure your spot. ### **I was X minutes late and I was told I couldn't join / the shutter was closed. Isn't that extreme?** The class always starts 15 minutes after the doors open, for example at 16:15 or 18:15. We already allow an extra 15 minutes for people to arrive. Once the class starts, we cannot stop the class to go back over salsa steps that have already been explained. If you arrive after the class has started, you will have missed part of the lesson and may not be able to follow the steps. This doesn't just affect your experience, but also the classmates who are there to learn, as the whole class can turn into a game of catch-up. Lastly, late arrivals can also make the class uneven in terms of followers and leaders. ### ***I am on the waiting list. Should I still come to the class?*** We try to keep the classes as balanced as possible, so if we notice we are getting too many leaders or followers, we move people to the waiting list. Sadly, not everyone who signs up attends the class, so you can always still show up and see if there is a shortage of leaders or followers. ### ***Want to increase your odds of getting a spot in the class?*** We highly recommend coming with a partner **(leader + follower)**, as we always give priority to pairs. ### ***Why am I on the waiting list if I signed up earlier / first?*** There are two main reasons: either you have attended the class before or, more likely, you previously signed up for a class and didn't show up. We will work on our core and legs most of the time, but if you feel the need for strengthening or stretching another part of the body, the teacher is open to work with any suggestions. Whatever your body needs this day! The teacher's name is Aliz, she has certification for teaching *Progressing Ballet Technique*, and did a course in *Reiki massage*. Next to that she is a professional dancer. With all of this, she knows the body from inside out, and she is always ready to help you find the correct excersizes for your body. **English or Spanish, she teaches in whatever is the preference.** **Español** ***Todos los niveles son bienvenidos, ¡solo trae tu propia esterilla!*** Cada lunes y miércoles empezamos el día con **fuerza y bien estirados** con esta clase de Pilates. Trabajaremos principalmente el core y las piernas, pero si sientes que necesitas fortalecer o estirar otra parte del cuerpo, la profesora está abierta a adaptar la clase y trabajar con cualquier sugerencia. ¡Lo que tu cuerpo necesite ese día!
