Set up in November 2021, The Great Friendship Project was set up to help 20s and 30s meet, connect and hopefully build life-long friendships.
To help make this happen, we also host 3-4 weekly events from free social walks, games evenings, day trips, social events, activity nights to picnics.
You can bring a friend to our events or come alone, our events will give you an opportunity to make new friends and have a ton of fun while you're at it.

Santa Hunt - Xmas Pub Race | London 20s and 30s
Gilt of Cain Statue, Fen Court Garden, Hogarth Ct, EC3M 5DL, London, GBOn Friday 5th December, we're hugely excited to be heading into Central London for a special festive themed Santa Hunt.
If you've never joined us for us for one of our themed hunts before, it can be described as a fun and awesome hybrid of a pub crawl, a scavenger hunt and a classic game of hide and seek.
The aim of the game is very simple: you’ll have just under two hours to find Santa, who'll be hiding in a top secret pub in London.
With the help of a circle around Santa's approximate location, that shrinks every 2 minutes - you’ll need to race in teams and go pub to pub to hunt Santa down.
The first three teams to successfully find Santa earning a lion share of the points available.
But there's a catch! To slow you down, if you enter a pub or bar that you discover doesn't house Santa - at least two members of your team will have to buy a drink.
And this is not just a simple race to find Santa as we've also prepared a series of fun tasks and challenges that you can complete on the way, that can earn you extra points.
The team with the most points by the end of time will be crowned the winners, with prizes up for grabs for the winning team.
It's always great fun and makes for a memorable night of festive Friday night social fun, and so hopefully you can join us for this!

FREE Social Walk, Games & Pub Trip | Southwark Park
Southwark Park Bandstand, SE16 2JN, London, GBAnother Sunday, and for our final Social Walk of 2025, we’ve lined up a stunning route through one of our favourite green spaces in Central London.
And to wrap up another year of amazing social walks across London's best hiking spots - we'll be heading out on one of our favourite routes from Southwark Park to Waterloo.
To kick things off in Southwark Park - you'll be allocated a group/team for an initial mix of fun games designed to help you break the ice and get to know your fellow walkers a little better.
We’ll then set off on our 2-3 hour hike wandering past the serene channels and lakes of Canada Water, Stave Hill Ecological Park and the wild and rustic Russia Dock Woodland.
We will before heading west along the River Thames to Waterloo, past some of the many of the famous sights of the capital, such as the Tower of London, London Bridge and Shakespeare's Globe.
Best of all, we’ll be ending up at one of our favourite pubs near the Southbank, where we’ll be dusting off our huge collection of board games for you to enjoy.
And so you’ll be able to rest your legs and have a couple of drinks, get to know your fellow 20s and 30s, and play some games.
Owing to capacity at the pub, we will sadly be having to cap numbers and so do make sure you nab your place as soon as you can - as we will be having to turn off RSVPS when we’re nearing the capacity limit.

FULL - Ice Skating: QUEENS | London 20s and 30s
Prince Alfred Pub Queensway, 112, Queensway, London, W2 3RR, London, GBWe don't do boring Wednesdays and so on 10th December, we'll be kicking the midweek blues again with our annual Ice Skating Night.
Yep that’s right - with Christmas fast approaching, for this latest edition of mid week social fun, we'll be heading to QUEENS London, near Bayswater to visit one of the most popular Ice Skating Rinks in the city.
The event will start at a nearby pub, where you can get to know your fellow 20s and 30s a little better over a drink, before we head over to the venue to get our skates on.
The ice-skating rink at QUEENS is the oldest surviving ice-skating rink in London, and has welcomed countless World and Olympic Champions, generations of Londoners, and even royalty.
And you’ll have an hour on the ice to try out your skills, perfect your balance and soak up the festive vibes at your own pace.
Best of all - whilst ice skating can cost £25+, we’ve bagged an amazing deal - so this whole evening is just £11.35pp, including skate hire!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year and there’s few better ways to get into the festive spirit than getting onto the ice - so hopefully you can join us for this.

FREE Social Pub Quiz & Games Afternoon | Xmas Special
The Star By Liverpool Street - Home of Karaoke Heaven, 94 Middlesex Street, London, GBDecember's now here, and with the festive season around the corner - it’s time for the Christmas edition of our Social Pub Quiz & Games Afternoon!
Yep every month we bring our quirky, creative pub quiz to Central London - a one-of-a-kind social quiz, made exclusively for our community!
And our quizmasters have gone full Santa’s-workshop mode with plenty of new rounds, brand-new games, and a proper dose of Christmas-themed fun!
If you’ve not been before and you’re worried that you’re not much of a quiz boffin…. general knowledge will only gets you so far in our quizzes.
As often what wins the day is not book smarts - but bold guesses, odd facts, quick thinking, and a healthy dose of wild creativity.
And over the afternoon, we'll also be throwing in some fun challenges designed to test your speed, creativity and teamwork - with previous quizzes featuring everything from crafts, poetry duels to Marmalade Sandwich time trials!
Best of all, we have some amazing prizes up for grabs and so don't miss out on what promises to be a memorable afternoon of quizzing, socialising, and friendly competition.
Unfortunately as the pub can only fit a limited number of us in for the quiz and so as always, places will be offered on a first come, first serve basis.
