Step into a quiet, intentionally held space to slow down, soften, and reset.
This intimate experience weaves together the gentle tones of crystal singing bowls and chimes with subtle, hands-on Reiki energy work, offered throughout the session.
We’ll begin with a brief grounding, followed by a 40–45 minute immersive sound experience. As you rest, Reiki will be offered individually, allowing both sound and energy to unfold in a calm, supported way.
We’ll close gently, with time to reawaken and ease back into your day.

From a young age, Tina felt a deep connection with animals—whether it was her own pets, the horses she rode, or animals in the wild. Being around them has always brought her a sense of peace, and throughout her life, animals have healed her in so many ways. It felt only natural to want to give that same care back to them. Her spirituality isn't something she switches on - it's infused in every part of her life (even while slinging car parts during the day!). In this workshop, you’re invited to explore these concepts and learn how to apply them in your everyday life. We’ll meet monthly to explore the relationship between thought, belief, language and lived experience.
Each gathering focuses on a different teacher or framework that supports personal sovereignty and inner authority. We examine how subtle shifts in perception can create tangible change in daily life.
Through discussion and practical application this workshop will outline how to develop awareness and inner guidance, and how to respond to life from alignment rather than conditioning. You’ll learn foundational principles such as affirmations, intuition, and visualization and how to apply them through thoughtful discussion and simple exercises.

Meet Amber Noelle
Amber is an intuitive channel, a master certified hypnotherapist and a certified Reiki practitioner. Her spiritual journey was activated during her teen years while living in Athens, Greece through a series of out of body experiences. These experiences set her on a quest to gain a deeper understanding of who she is, of what consciousness is and, ultimately, how to harness the infinite knowledge available to us all.
