I’m excited to announce that the professional LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® training is coming to Abu Dhabi.
The training will be led by Michel Cloosterman, who brings extensive experience in both training and client workshops. Michel is also responsible for starting LSP Magazine and co-initiator of the LSP Next community platform, helping connect and support the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® community of interest.
As a long-standing member of the Association of Master Trainers since 2016, Michel works with the co-developers of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. Originating at the LEGO Company, the method helps people of all ages to think differently and supports them in exploring challenges, sharing perspectives, and finding new possibilities.

What is the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Method about?
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a hands-on method that helps people think through building, rather than relying only on discussion. Participants use LEGO® bricks to create models that express ideas, experiences, and perspectives. By sharing the meaning behind their models, people make their thinking visible, listen to one another, and explore challenges together.
The four-day training offers a complete, immersive journey into becoming a facilitator. You’ll experience the method as a participant, learn its core principles and process, and practise designing and facilitating workshops. This combination of personal experience, structured learning, and hands-on practice helps you build the confidence and capability to use the method responsibly and effectively with groups.
It’s more than learning a set of activities: it’s an opportunity to understand how the method works, why it matters, and how to create the conditions for meaningful conversations and fresh thinking.
