Hi. There are already great language exchange social groups in Oxford and you can find those on meetup.com too. However, the purpose specifically of this platform is for anyone who wants to find a partner for one to one conversation practice.
When you post your profile, please note you must use your actual photo and first name and please mention what language/s you want to meet a language exchange partner in. Plus please define your ability in the language which you are learning.
Some rules too- if you message someone here and they ignore your messages and you have already messaged that person, two times, please don't bother them anymore.
Note that this is NOT meant to be some kind of dating site app either!
If like myself you are a free level only meetup.com member, then you may not actually be able to send free messages to other members. If that is the case, then please just send me a brief message via my profile as the admin of this group and post to me whatever is the message that you want to send and to which member and I will just forward it to that person and then invite them to reply to you. Make sure you therefore share your email ID, when you message me.
I may also sometimes post a social event invitation on here too and if you wish to attend, then please make yourself as . Spaces will be limited to 10 persons.
