About us
Welcome spiritual seekers, nature lovers, wellness and mindfulness enthusiasts in the Orange County Area.
Who We Are
I founded and created this community in June of 2022 as an extension of my Mindfulness and Somatic Coaching business to share my favorite mindfulness and somatic practices in nature to help people transmute stress, regulate the nervous system, clear the mind, harmonize the mind-body-soul, enhance vitality and uplift our energy-frequency-vibration together.
We are a Spiritual Wellness and Mindfulness Group of women and men, who practice mindfulness in nature. We co-create sacred space together to help support one another on our sacred journey's.
Our activities:
Community gatherings (fireside potluck dinners)
Nature Walks
Qi Gong flows
Mindfulness Hikes
Earthing and Grounding
Meditation
Our motto
Our goal is to have fun, lighten up and laugh, don’t take yourself too seriously, life too seriously or our practices too seriously, listen to your body wisdom, make adjustments as needed, take what resonates and leave the rest.
Our Community
Our thriving community offers connection, sharing, support and fun. We aim to uplift and empower each other. We accept diverse points of view and welcome new- comers.
Be sure to provide me with your email address, so you can receive our monthly community newsletters.
About Fees & Events - Or - Why Do Some Events have a Fee?
This space is rooted in community and connection and not just a business advertising itself on Meetup. We offer both free gatherings and paid events.
The paid offerings are directly connected to my professional coaching practice and include more structured facilitation, specialized practices, and curated experiences.
Fees help cover platform costs, event preparation, permits when required, materials, and the time and energy invested in designing and leading high-quality experiences. They also allow me to sustainably continue offering community-centered events.
For those who need more one-on-one support, Individual, Group and Team Building Sessions are available to book on my website jinzangsitreeesa.com
or my booking link https://MindfulnesswithTreeesa.as.me/

Forest Bathing and Meditation at the Urban Forest
Huntington Beach Urban Forest, 6711 Ellis Ave., Huntington Beach, CA, US"Between winter's hush and summer's fullness, spring breaths possibility"
You are invited to Forest Bathing at the beautiful Urban Forest in Huntington Beach. For those who would like to meditate in the forest before forest bathing see below for more information.*
Hi. My name is Donna McCullough, PhD. I am a certified Forest Bathing Guide. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, forest bathing is a slow, mindful immersion in nature that supports stress reduction, grounding, and inner clarity.
As your guide, I will partner with the shimmering, colorful and magical Urban Forest to support and accompany you on a journey of discovery, helping you connect with and embody, the fullness of who you are. Through gentle invitations, we'll tune into our bodies and senses, allowing space for relflection, insight, inspirations and restorations.
We'll alternate between brief periods of sitting quietly and walking slowly and mindfully. The walk will cover approximately 1-2 miles and will be mostly flat with a couple of short hills. The terrain can be uneven in places, so hiking shoes or sneakers with some traction are recommended. Portions of the experience involve sitting on the ground so feel free to bring a camping or stadium chair.
We will close with a tea ceremony for integration and connection. Please let me know in advance if you have any allergies or physical limitations.
*For those of you who would like to meditate in the forest before we start the forest bathing experience, please meet me at 9:30 in the parking lot of the Urban Forest. We will sit under a grove of trees. I will give a few meditation pointers for those who are new to this practice, followed by silent chanting, and then meditation. We will begin the forest bathing experience at 10 o’clock.
Here is the Urban Forest Website:

Let's gather, connect and let the forest do its quiet magic.
