This is a nonjudgemental community space for nondrinkers, rebels, and curious folks. We welcome anyone that has decided not to drink, is questioning their relationship to alcohol, or is just curious!
We know that one of the hardest things about making a change, drinking less, or quitting, is finding community. We we aim to change that.
We'll go for walks, have parties, and meet monthly for book club. The idea is to normalize doing fun stuff sober and make friends.
Come learn about perfectionism and chronic responsibility with Lauren Ruth Martin, Founder of Nine to Kind!
Lauren Ruth Martin is a licensed therapist and creator of the Nine to Kind Possibility Planner, supporting the chronically responsible who are navigating burnout, neurodivergence, grief, and the pressure to hold it all together. Her work blends practical tools with self-kindness and flexibility, helping people plan their lives from a place of possibility, not perfection. Lauren also hosts monthly admin nights designed to make getting things done a little more fun.

Join us for an afternoon of grounding, connection, and collective care at Calm For The Cause, a community wellness event supporting the East Nashville Care Market. As many of our neighbors face financial and food insecurity, this gathering is a chance to nourish ourselves and give back to our community. A portion of all proceeds will be donated directly to the East Nashville Care Market and donation items including diapers, formula, non-perishable food, new or gently-used coats & clothing will also be accepted.
Created with women, queer community members, and allies at heart, this gathering invites you into an affirming, alcohol-free space to soften, connect, and feel genuinely supported.
What’s Included:
We’ll move through a gentle, restorative flow of practices to soothe the nervous system and reconnect you to your center followed by a community mocktails & mingling hour!
