About us
The Jamestown Frontier Society is a new Williamsburg group for people curious about what artificial intelligence and emerging technology can actually do. Our interests include practical AI, software, robotics, self-hosted systems, and Bitcoin infrastructure.
We’re starting by finding local people who want to compare notes, share experiments, and help shape the first gathering. You don’t need technical expertise or a finished project. If you’re learning something, testing a tool, or wrestling with a good question, you’ll fit.
Possible gatherings include short demonstrations, hands-on workshops, focused conversations, and informal builders’ tables. Once enough local members join, we’ll ask what they want and choose the first format and date together.
Bitcoin is discussed as technology, infrastructure, and a monetary system. We don’t provide investment advice, discuss portfolio allocations, promote tokens, or cover altcoins.
JFS takes its name from Jamestown because place matters. Frontiers are built by people willing to explore unfamiliar territory and share what they learn.
