What we’re about
FFF>50 has an amazing new home on the web. When you join us there, you'll be able to search for members who live near you and/or share your interests, create an interest-based club, post discussions in an organized and searchable feed, upload images, and of course create gatherings large and small. It's a real friendship-making machine!
Here's your invitation to join us at our new home: bit.ly/4ivrVVd
FFF>50 is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 organization where women >50 come to connect, make friends, share their passions and expertise, and revitalize in their second act.

Big, Scary Animals
September 5 – September 28, 2025
By Matt Lyle
Directed by Gabriel RossAn older white couple from the country moves to the city to be closer to their granddaughter and unknowingly settles in the gay neighborhood. What begins as polite dinner conversation with their gay, multi-ethnic neighbors careens out of control. A hilarious collision of race, sex, guns, and sports, BIG, SCARY ANIMALS examines shifting generational beliefs and just how hard it is to raise a child—regardless of who you are and where you live.
👉 To make sure we have an engaged group, I’m asking everyone to purchase their tickets by September 10th and post on the event page once you’ve done so. On September 11th, I’ll remove anyone who hasn’t purchased a ticket. You’re still welcome to join later, as long as you buy your ticket when you RSVP. This helps us build a real community of theater lovers who show up for each other and the art!

Join us for a special online event featuring Stacy Gunderson, Executive Director and Founder of Animal Track Sanctuary—a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to rescuing animals in need, especially those impacted by the exotic pet trade. Located about an hour north of Los Angeles, in Santa Dulce, CA, Animal Tracks Sanctuary provides a safe haven for wildlife that have endured traumatic circumstances and plays a vital role in educating the public about the dangers of keeping exotic animals as pets.
During this event, Stacy will share her inspiring journey, from her time growing up in Southern California and studying at Moorpark College’s Exotic Animal Training and Management Program, to her unique experiences training animals for movies and television. She’ll discuss the challenges and rewards of working with a wide range of animals—from cockroaches to elephants—and how her passion led her to take over and grow Animal Track Sanctuary in 2008.
Attendees will enjoy a video and/or slideshow tour of the sanctuary and meet some of its remarkable resident animals. Stacy will share personal stories, discuss the sanctuary’s mission, and highlight the importance of community support in giving these animals a second chance at life. The event will conclude with an open Q&A, where you can ask Stacy about her work, the animals, and how you can get involved.
Don’t miss this opportunity to learn, be inspired, and support the incredible work of Animal Track Sanctuary! For more information, see AT's website https://www.animaltracksinc.org/
