No gym? No problem. This group is for anyone looking to get fit, stay active, and feel strong—all from the comfort of home.
We host virtual workouts throughout the week that are fast, effective, and beginner-friendly. No equipment needed—just your body, your space, and your commitment to show up!

This 30-minute class is designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find calm through mindful movement and breath. Katrina offers plenty of modifications and guidance, so you can move at your own pace and get exactly what you need.
