Hi, I'm Paulina - a certified RYT500 Yoga Instructor (ISHTA Yoga, Oncology Yoga, Yin Yoga and Meditation teacher), Dance Teacher, Reiki Practitioner and Meditation Teacher. In the beautiful city of Montreal, my events and gatherings (classes, workshop and retreats) focus on connecting mind, body, and soul to achieve overall balance and wellness.
