About us
Heartfulness meditation is a heart-centred, passive, and receptive practice designed to regulate the mind, promote inner calm, and facilitate spiritual evolution through the experience of "yogic transmission". It is a modern adaptation of Raja Yoga focused on shifting consciousness from a "mind-full" to a "heart-full" state. This service is open to all and is free of charge, (donations towards hall rental are welcome).
