Kristin Silverberg, RN, BSN, BCPA, is a nurse, board-certified patient advocate, educator, organic gardener, author, and founder of Digging Into Health. Her work is grounded in a simple idea: health does not happen in isolation. Our well-being is shaped by interconnected systems, from food, stress, healthcare, and environment to relationships, community, and the patterns we carry.
