Reiki Level I Certification

Complete the 1st Degree of Usui Reiki with Alicia. This will be a 2 part class held on Sat. 11/8 12-3pm & Sun. 11/9 12-3pm

What you’ll learn…

• What Reiki is and how it can be used
• The degrees of Reiki training
• The history of Reiki
• The 5 principles of Reiki
• Hand positions for a healing session
• How to give a Reiki treatment
• An overview of 7 primary chakras and how to work with them
• Ethics and etiquette of doing energy work

During the class, you will receive a Reiki I attunement. This process opens the crown, heart and palm chakras and creates a special link between the student and the Reiki source. This attunement will align you to the Reiki energy and open up and clear your energetic pathways to enable you to transmit/channel Reiki energy. The attunement itself is an energy healing and will increase your personal vibration; you will begin to experience shifts following the class. Once you have received a Reiki attunement, you will have Reiki for the remainder of your life. It does not wear off, and you can never lose it. You will also have the chance to practice what you’ve learned on other students as well as receive a healing yourself. Upon completing this class you will be able to give hands-on Reiki healing treatments to yourself and others.

A Reiki Level I Training Manual is included and will be handed out at the beginning of class. Certificates will be issued upon completion of the class, after the second day. Make sure to bring lots of water and pencils/pens if you wish to take notes.

Healing Spirit Cafe hosts a regular monthly Reiki Share. The Reiki Share will occur every second Sunday of the month from 4-6pm. This is a place for Reiki practitioners of all levels to meet and practice their skills. Each participant will have an opportunity to give, as well as receive a healing. Come on out to share, grow and expand with others in a sacred, supportive space! Hope to see you there. Please RSVP on this page so that I know how may will attend.

Find the oasis of peace within through the self-healing art of Qi Gong, an ancient Chinese practice that can be described as a moving meditation. This fully guided class will lead you through a series of gentle movements, focused intention, and deep breathing techniques, designed to shed stress and tension and bring about deeper levels of calm and wellbeing. Ideal for strengthening the body's immune system, improving blood circulation, and overall mental and physical health. Everyone can realize benefits in this practice, regardless of experience or fitness level.

Celeste Montgomery is certified in Supreme Science Level One Qi Gong. Introduced to Qi Gong in 2017, she began practicing daily and experienced immediate benefits, including release and clearing of stress and emotional trauma, calmness and improved clarity of mind, easing of joint pain, and a greater sensitivity to energy and spirit realms. These experiences motivate her to share this deeply profound practice with others through teaching.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Masks are not required, that is left up to individual preference.

Join Michael from Healing Vibes 528 and Alicia from Healing Spirit Cafe, in this immersive journey into the energies of Sound & Reiki.

In this group healing session, you will experience a short guided meditation, followed by a heart centered, multi instrument journey in sound and vibration facilitated by Michael. This sound journey will be accompanied by the gentle, loving energy of Reiki facilitated by Alicia.

Michael will use crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, chimes, rattles, and other instruments to trigger the relaxation response and bring you to a more calm and peaceful state. The individualized Reiki offered by Alicia will then promote an even deeper healing response, as it allows your body to lovingly accept the sound frequencies and utilize them for your highest good. Alicia will also pass on any individual messages that she receives, allowing the Divine Energy to offer additional healing support through this gentle, loving guidance.

These sounds and vibrations will help change your brain waves from an active beta state to a relaxed alpha state and then to a deeper relaxed theta state, bringing your mind, body, soul, and spirit to complete relaxation and pure bliss. This allows the body to heal and feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

The Reiki, which is Divinely guided, will assist you in creating more of an energetic flow, within your body. It does this through the gentle release of heavier, dense energies that can accumulate as we move through difficult and challenging life experiences.
