5:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Welcome & Gathering

Arrive, check in, and enjoy some light refreshments and music as you settle in and start to meet new faces.

5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Sisterhood Activities & Icebreakers

Engage in uplifting activities designed to foster connection, share experiences, and build our community. This is a great chance to meet new friends!

6:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Delicious Bites & Inspirational Quotes

Savor a delightful spread of food and beverages while we share and reflect on inspirational quotes.

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Self-Love Journey & Intro Massages

Participate in discussions and exercises focused on learning to love ourselves more deeply and unconditionally. Throughout this time, you can also unwind and relax with a quick, rejuvenating 10-minute intro massage.

7:30 PM - 8:45 PM: The Grand Clothing Swap!

Refresh your wardrobe and find new treasures during our exciting clothing swap. It's a sustainable way to update your style and a perfect way to end the evening.

8:45 PM - 9:00 PM: Closing Remarks & Farewell

Wrap up the evening with a few closing words and a chance to say goodbye to your new friends.

Hello there. as you know Hurricane Helene has left Widespread destruction on the AT . Tennessee and North Carolina where hit the hardest with Sections closed. Well. they are going to need Volunteers to help clean it up and open the trail better. So. there is a link if you are interested in going back and spending some time there. as long as you like . week. Month. or even longer. You might be retired and looking to spend some good time helping others. or just a trail lover.

Please check this out. such a great historical trail. A big part of the Underground railroad. also you might want to reach out the Appalachian Conservancy. In Harpers Ferry. Wv. 1-304-535-6331. Even with the weather being a little cold back there now. Things are happening. So go ahead and call. So. just think of spending time backpacking the trail as you help others in need. Uber into town and resupply. even get a room and a shower. jump back on the trail.
