Here are some must-tries at this dinner event — the flavours that people love at Maria’s:

Birria / Quesabirria (with cheese) - Rich, slow-cooked beef in savoury consommé, with melted cheese and served with warm tortillas. Perfect for dipping or eating with salsa and lime.
Enchilada Plate - Two corn tortillas baked in one of Maria’s house-made salsas, filled with your choice of chicken, beef, chorizo, or veggie, then topped with crema, cotija cheese, lettuce & pico de gallo.
Taco Kit Large Tortillas- Want to build your own? This comes with everything you need — tortillas, choice of fillings like al pastor, barbacoa, or veggie, and the fresh toppings (onions, cilantro, pico de gallo, crema). A fun, interactive way to enjoy dinner.
Tortas - Mexican sandwiches grilled on French-style buns, with fillings such as carne asada (steak), pollo asado (grilled chicken), al pastor (pork & pineapple), carnitas or barbacoa. Buttered, pressed and loaded with toppings.
Esquites (Mexican Street Corn off the Cob) - Creamy, tangy, a little spicy, topped with cotija and fresh lime. A perfect starter or side.

Join us on Monday, October 7th, at 6:30PM for a fun evening of Halloween prep! We’ll start at Spirit Halloween to browse costumes, accessories, and all the spooky season essentials. After shopping, we’ll head across the street at 7:30PM to Tim Hortons for a cozy snack and hangout. ☕🍩
