Looking to get outside, meet new people, and explore the best trails and waterways in the Hamilton and Niagara region? This group is for young adults who enjoy stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), kayaking, and hiking, whether you're a seasoned adventurer or just getting started.
Our outings are all about staying active, discovering hidden gems, and building a welcoming community of outdoor enthusiasts. Expect everything from relaxed sunset paddles to scenic waterfall hikes, with occasional social meetups afterward.

๐๐ฅพ Rockwood Hike + Social at Bardo
Rockwood Conservation Area 161 Fall Street South, Rockwood On, 161 Fall Street South, Rockwood, ON, CAJoin us for a scenic fall hike through Rockwood Conservation Area, followed by an optional group dinner in Guelph!
Rockwood is one of the Grand River Conservation Authority's most unique conservation areas, featuring towering limestone cliffs, glacial potholes, caves, wetlands, boardwalks, and beautiful views of the Eramosa River. There are two trails that wind around the reservoir, taking us along the tops of cliffs and beside some of the area's impressive geological features.### ๐ฅพ The Hike
We'll explore the trails around Rockwood Reservoir, taking in the cliffs, wetlands, boardwalks, and glacial potholes along the way.
A few things to know:- Meet at Rockwood Boat Parking at 1 pm
- This is a moderate outdoor hike, with some uneven terrain and areas near steep slopes and cliffs.
- The Harris & Co. Rockwood Woolen Mill ruins are currently closed for public safety.
- Conservation area admission is not included with this event. Adult day-use admission is currently listed at $9.50 per person.

### ๐ Post-Hike Social at Bardo โ 5:00 PM
After the hike, we'll head into downtown Guelph for dinner at Bardล Guelph, located at 105 Gordon Street, Guelph.
We'll head there at 5:00 PM for some food, drinks, and post-hike socializing.

Welland Canal Paddle + Bridgewater Brewery Social ๐ป

We'll meet at Rec Rentals @ the Docks and spend some time exploring the calm recreational waterway together before heading to Bridgewater Brewery. This is a great outing for both experienced paddlers and anyone looking for a relaxed way to get out on the water and meet some new people.## Need to Rent Equipment?

## Post-Adventure Social at Bridgewater Brewery
After our paddle, anyone who's interested is invited to continue the adventure at Bridgewater Brewery!
Located along the Welland Canal, Bridgewater Brewery is a canalside brewery, taproom, and full-service restaurant with a relaxed, social atmosphere. They brew beer on-site and offer a full menu featuring elevated pub favourites, pizzas, burgers, shareables, and plenty of non-alcoholic options as well.

Gravity Climbing Gym, 70 Frid Street, Hamilton, ON, CAReady to try something new? Join the Paddle & Hike Collective as we trade our paddles and hiking boots for climbing shoes and hit the wall at Gravity Climbing Gym Hamilton! ๐ง
This is a beginner-friendly Climb Only session designed to make indoor climbing as simple and stress-free as possible. No climbing experience is necessary!## ๐ง What to Expect
The Gravity team takes care of the technical stuff so you can focus on climbing:
- They put on your harness
- They tie the knots
- They hold the rope
- You climb!
Their staff can also act as your guides, suggesting climbs, offering strategic advice on tougher moves, and helping enhance your overall experience.
Our Climb Only session is two hours long and includes:
- Professional climbing staff
- Climbing shoes
- Harness
- Chalk
- All required climbing equipment
Advanced booking is required. The fee is $35 per person and can be paid via PayPal on this page.

- Everyone is encouraged to complete the facility waiver online before arriving to help speed up check-in.
- Please arrive a little early so we can get everyone checked in and ready to climb at 2:30 PM.
