Join us for a friendly and informal English conversation meetup in Girona! We meet once a week to practise speaking English in a relaxed setting. Everyone is welcome, no matter your level.

We always try to have at least one native English speaker, and native speakers who want to meet new people are also very welcome!

Free group yoga session in Girona 🧘

Join us for a friendly and informal yoga meetup in Girona! We meet once a week to practise yoga in a relaxed setting. Everyone is welcome.

📅 Saturdays
⏰ 10:15 AM – 12 PM
📍 La Marfà (Carrer de Baix, 2, 17006 Girona). Fitness studio on the top floor.

• We'll do an hour session of intermediate Vinyasa (https://youtu.be/QiebZSlTw_U), followed by a nice long shavasana and personal meditation
• There is no teacher. This is a shared DIY practice. No one will be monitoring you or correcting you.
• You should have a knowledge of basic yoga poses and technique.
• The class is intermediate level with the most intense poses being shoulder stand and some side prayer twists.
• You can modify your practice however you like.
• Mats are available in the studio. Feel free to bring whatever props you need or want, like blocks, blankets, or straps. No props are required for this session.

Watch a basketball game together at Fontajau 🏀

We’re going together to watch a basketball game at the Pavelló de Fontajau! The game is on Sunday, 5 March at 12 PM, and between Bàsquet Girona vs MoraBlanc Andorra (Liga AC – Spanish top league).

• Select Block 8 Upper (top left corner). This block is reserved for us, and the exact seat doesn’t matter — we should be able to move around within the block.
• Enter the code BUDDIES to reduce the price from €20 to €15.

📍 What to do on the day

• Meet at 11 AM at the Fan Zone outside
• Game starts at 12 PM
• After the game, we’ll have the chance to go down onto the court and meet some of the players 🤩
