Welcome to Girls Gone Weekend! I decided to create this group to find other women looking to do something new and exciting! This group will be a vibrant community of women over 40 who know how to make the most of the weekend! Whether we’re kayaking at sunrise, exploring local museums, sipping cocktails over dinner, or playing a casual round of putt-putt, the goal is simple: connect, explore, and have fun.
We’ll be a diverse group of ladies who value good company, new experiences, and a healthy dose of spontaneity. Every weekend brings something different – from low-key hangouts to mini adventures – and every outing is a chance to unwind, laugh, and create memories together.
If you’re looking to expand your social circle, try new things, and never have to wonder what to do this weekend… join! We’ll make this a great group!

Girls Gone Pink - Susan G. Komen 3-Day
Location not specified yetLet's come together to make a difference in the fight against breast cancer by participating in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk in Dallas. Whether you've been personally impacted, know a friend or family member who has, want to improve physical fitness, or simply want to raise funds, this is your chance to make a difference. The dates are October 23-25.
There are 3 options to participate:
- 1-Day Walk: $750 fundraising commitment
- 2-Day Walk: $1,800 fundraising commitment
- 3-Day Walk: $2,300 fundraising commitment
- Crew: $100 fundraising commitment
Hotel is provided by Susan G. Komen for 1 or 2 nights depending on if you have signed up for the 2-Day or 3-Day (no hotel for the 1-Day).
Funds can be raised through a variety of sources including social media posts, corporate matching. . . let's get creative. Fundraising is through your personal link provided by Susan G. Komen.

The Susan G. Komen 3-DayClick "Register to Participate" and then chose the Dallas/Fort Worth option. Then click "Join a Team". To search for the team enter "Girls Gone Pink" in the team name field then click "Register as a Team Member". The team is password protected. The password to register is "Walkforthecure". From there, you can choose a walk option and register.
