- 🔄 RSVP Updates: If your plans change and you’re unable to attend any of our events, please update your RSVP promptly. Accurate attendance numbers are crucial for venues to ensure proper staffing and arrangements. Additionally, notifying us allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
- 🙏 Respectful Behaviour: To ensure a positive and welcoming environment, we reserve the right to deny entry to our events to any individuals who arrive noticeably intoxicated. Attendees may also be asked to leave if their behaviour causes disruption or offense.
- 😊 Friendly Vibes Only: This group is all about making lasting friendships and having a great time! Please remember this is not a dating group so let’s keep things friendly and ensure everyone feels comfortable.
- ✨Event Ratings: We appreciate honest feedback, but if you are considering a rating below 4, please reach out to the host first, we would love the chance to improve. If you’re regularly attending our events but consistently rating our events negatively, it might be worth considering if another group or setting is a better fit for you. We reserve the right to take appropriate action if needed.

- 🌳🚶 GetSocial Worsley Walk - Explore Manchester & Make New Friends 🏙️ 🐝Dukes Drive Car Park Monton, Eccles
🌟 What's the vibe? Our neighbourhood walks are laid-back mini-adventures exploring different corners of our great city and this time, we’re off to Worsley! 🥾 We’ll be taking on an 8km route (around 2 hours), perfect for both beginners and seasoned walkers. Expect scenic views, good company and a few casual pit stops along the way. And if you fancy sticking around after, we’ll be grabbing food and drinks at a nearby pub or restaurant! 🍻🍔
⚠️ Important Note Our walks and hikes are carefully planned using a mix of Google Maps and AllTrails but please note, we’re not professional guides. In most cases, it will also be the host’s first time exploring the trail! If we only stuck to routes we already knew, the variety of our walks would be pretty limited. So we kindly ask that you join us only if you’re happy with this relaxed, exploratory approach.
📍 How to find us on the day? We will meet 11am (sharp!) at Duke Drive Car Park here. I will be wearing a GetSocial lanyard so you can easily spot me. Please try and arrive on time as it can be hard to catch up if we've set off on the route already!
