• 13:30 – Ta Muu Tofu Factory — 100+ year-old family business, 4th generation 🥢

• 15:30 – Phra Pathom Chedi — Thailand's tallest stupa 🛕

• 17:00 – Depart for Bangkok

You are warmly invited to join a cultural visit to Gurdwara Siri Guru Singh Sabha, the first Sikh temple in Thailand, to experience Sikh culture, traditions, and hospitality.

About the temple
Established in 1913, Gurdwara Siri Guru Singh Sabha is the main Sikh place of worship in Thailand and an important cultural center for the Sikh community in Bangkok. The temple reflects the history of early Sikh settlers and continues to serve as a spiritual and community hub.
Participants will learn about the Sikh faith, its history, and its core values of equality, selfless service (seva), and community unity.

Participants will be invited to enjoy a traditional vegetarian meal generously prepared and offered by the temple .
Dress Code
As this is a place of worship, participants are kindly requested to dress modestly and respectfully: Shoulders and knees should be covered

Join us for a fun and interactive hands-on workshop led by Julian, an international pizza consultant with over 40 years of experience in the pizza industry. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading global brands such as Domino's Pizza, Papa Johns, and Sbarro, helping restaurants develop recipes, improve operations, and perfect their pizzas.

What You'll Learn
🍕 The history and characteristics of Neapolitan and New York-style pizzas
🍕 The differences in dough, fermentation, ingredients, and baking techniques
🍕 Professional tips and techniques used by pizza chefs

Hands-on Experience
After the introduction, participants will be divided into two groups.
👨‍🍳 Group A – Preparation Station : Prepare toppings, cheese, and pizza sauce.
🔥 Group B – Pizza Making Station :
Stretch the dough, add toppings, and bake your pizza.

The groups will then rotate, so everyone gets to experience both stations.
Each participant will make one 12-inch pizza from scratch and can choose one of six delicious topping combinations to create your own perfect pizza.
