About us
Fictional Escapes for Real Life Moms is a Tempe-based book club for moms who love getting lost in a good story.
Each month, we choose a theme. You can read any fiction book that loosely fits. Fantasy, romance, romantasy, thrillers, contemporary, literary fiction. It all counts.
At the monthly meetup, you should come ready to:
• Share what you read
• Give it a quick rating
• Explain how it connects to the theme
There’s no assigned book and no pressure to finish your book if life gets too busy. The goal is thoughtful conversation, discovering new titles through each other, and building genuine connection with women who understand that real life is full and fiction is often the best reset.
If you love disappearing into other worlds after bedtime, debating plot twists, and meeting other moms who still make space for stories, you’ll fit right in.
