PART 1 Greatest Hits World Food Tour: Georgian Bread

As we return to a favorite stop on the World Food Tour, the wonderful Georgian Bread, a local gem where we'll explore the delicious, unique, and ancient cuisine of this incredible region. Known for its warmth and incredible food, this promises to be a culinary adventure you won't forget.

Georgian Bread offers a simple, welcoming atmosphere perfect for sharing and connecting. Georgian cuisine is a feast of flavors, famous for its incredible savory khachapuri (cheese bread, in many varieties), flavorful khinkali (soup dumplings), and delicious stews and kebabs. It's the perfect opportunity to try a fascinating, ancient culinary tradition that is new to many, share some incredible food with friends, and enjoy the inviting community atmosphere.What's the Plan?
We'll be gathering at Georgian Bread to dive into their menu of specialties. The food is perfect for sharing, so we'll order a variety of dishes for the table to truly experience the diverse flavors of Georgia. Get ready to savor everything from fresh bread baked in a traditional oven to hearty, comforting meals. - BYOB! Feel free to bring your favorite bottle of wine or beer to complement the rich, earthy flavors of the food.
- Cost: We will plan to order some shared appetizers and a variety of khachapuri and khinkali for the table to sample a wide array of tastes, and then everyone can order their own main course or share a larger one. Please anticipate the total cost to be approximately $35-$45 per person (including tax and a 20% tip). To make bill-splitting easier, make sure to bring cash.
- Allergies: If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let me know as soon as you RSVP so I can inform the restaurant in advance. Important: I will send a confirmation message a day or two before our visit to finalize the headcount. If your plans change, please update your RSVP to "Not Going" promptly. This allows those on the waitlist to join us and helps me adjust our reservation accordingly.
