Executive Momentum is facilitated by Dr. Clarence Caldwell, a leadership coach and keynote speaker. His work is built on the Five Immutable Laws of Leadership — the internal disciplines that shape how a leader shows up before they ever walk into a room — and the PREP-C Model, developed through his own doctoral research. Both are built on the same idea: leadership is an inside job.
