Experience the Healing Power of Sound!

We are excited to announce a recurring sound bath held on the first Saturday of every month at Elevated Energy Healing - Sound and Wellness Studio!

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of over 15 different healing instruments with two practitioners. Surround sound includes gongs monochord hand pan drums crystal harp angel harp hand pan crystal and Himalayan singing bowls and many others.

Stay for tea, mingling, fun and shopping after!

No prior experience necessary. Mats and blankets provided but feel free to bring your own. Chairs available if you prefer to sit. Just bring yourself, and anything for your comfort, a pillow, eye mask, journal, water bottle, and an open heart. We provide everything else!

Hula is a beautiful mode of storytelling about love (aloha), the earth, the ocean, and the spirit of all living things. In this dance workshop, we will...

• make affirmations, stretch and warm up,
• practice hula vocabulary with our hands and arms,
• learn hula footwork,
• and put it all to beautiful Hawaiian music!

All bodies are welcome in hula. No prior experience necessary.
We dance barefoot, so be ready to take your shoes off! Wear comfortable clothing, such as yoga pants and tank top or T-shirt. Bring your water or sports drink.

Class size is limited to 8.
