Please join us for a lovely coastal walk from Dalgety Bay to Burntisland along the fife coastal path.
The scenery for the majority of the walk is of the picturesque fife shoreline along with some suburbia.
The walk should take about 5 hours, and we will be stopping for a break along the way, so bring food and drinks.
Could we please meet at 11.00 am or so outside Boots (EH1 1BB) in Waverley train station.
We shall be taking the 11.15 train to Dalgety Bay. The cheapest option is to buy a return ticket to Burntisland. There are trains from Burntisland to Edinburgh approx. every 60 minutes.
The walk is not trying, but there are some muddy sections along the way, so please wear suitable footwear.
Regarding the weather, this is Scotland and anything can happen, please dress accordingly.

Elios has a lovely friendly atmosphere and has great live music along with a great reputation.

Please join us for an alternative walk from Cramond to Leith. The walk has a mixture of the beautiful Cramond landscape, the coast and some really depressing industrial areas.
The walk is not very exciting, but it is easy going and paved the whole way.
The walk is approx. 10 km in distance, and should take about 3.5 hours with breaks etc.
We shall be stopping for a break at the PITT which is a vibrant, family-friendly cluster of unique, independent street food & beer vendors (EH51QD).

The walk shall end in Leith at the tram stop The Shore.
Can we please meet outside the Johnnie Walker building on Prince's street (EH2 4BL) at 11.30 or so. We shall take bus 47 to Cammo from West End Queensferry Street stop QE at 11.45.

Please join me for a walk through the beautiful Pentland hills.
We shall be walking the Torduff Reservoir and Maiden's Cleugh Circular trail overlooking Edinburgh.
We shall be starting and finishing at Bonaly Park car park.
The walk is approx. 10 km and the scenery is absolutely delightful and should take about 3 hours.
I would describe the going as mild to moderate, with one tough section. The ground can be rough and wet, good walking shoes / boots are recommended.
Regarding the weather, it is Scotland so anything can happen, please dress appropriately.
Please bring snacks and something to drink as we will be stopping for a break.
Can we please meet outside the Vodafone shop on Prince's street (EH2 3AA) at 11.20 or so.
We shall be taking bus 10 from Prince's street from bus stop PV at 11.43am to Bonaly terminus. The park is a quick walk from the bus stop.
If you want to join us at the park please meet us at Bonaly Park (EH13 0PB) at 12.30 or so.
There are buses every 30 minutes returning to Edinburgh.
