We all have friends. We love our friends. And sometimes we just need to kill them....in a game of course! Join us for a fun night as we play GAMES TO KILL YOUR FRIENDS!! One of our favorite and most fun themes, we haven't done this theme in almost a year!
Frankie will be running CTHULU WARS - a strategy boardgame in which the players take the part of alien races and gods taken from the Cthulhu mythos created by H. P. Lovecraft. Be the cultists vying to bring their Great Old one to the world.
Justin will be running ARCS - a sharp, tactical space opera game, for 2–4 players, set in a dark yet silly universe. Players represent officials from a distant, decaying and neglectful Empire who are now free to vie for dominance whether through battle, gathering scarce resources or diplomatic intrigue. Ready yourself for dramatic twists and turns as you launch into this galactic struggle.
Gabi will be bringing UNMATCHED - a highly asymmetrical miniature 2v2 strategy fighting game. Select mythic heroes as well as heroes from well known IPs and battle to the death!! Tactical movement and no-luck combat resolution create a unique play experience that rewards expertise. Shorter hour-ish long games ensure you can try a variety of heroes and hero combinations to take your stab at victory!!
And Caroline will be hosting RED DRAGON INN - You've raided the dungeon and killed the monsters. Now its time to go to the local tavern, the Red Dragon Inn! You and your adventuring companions will spend the night drinking, gambling, and roughhousing one another. The last person who is both sober enough to remain conscious and shrewd enough to hold onto his Gold Coins wins the game.
