Making friends as an adult shouldn’t be this hard, that’s why we started DFW Young & Social! This group is all about making it easier to meet new people, try new things, and build real connections. No membership fees, no pressure. Just fun, welcoming events where you can show up, be yourself, and connect with great people.

Wednesday Wind-Down Flow Yoga Class | Free / Pay What You Can

Our Wind-Down Flow Yoga is open to all levels and designed to help you move, breathe, and reset. Led by Crystal, this class combines mindful flows with gentle intensity to support strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Wellness should be something everyone can access, no matter their budget.
These classes are free so cost isn’t a barrier, and if you’re able to contribute, your support helps keep them going strong:
- $5 Covers the cost of one person in class,
- $5–$9 Helps sustain our free / pay-what-you-can model and pays it forward for someone else,
- $10+ Supports the space, keeps things accessible, and helps our community grow,
We don’t expect anyone to contribute every time. A little here and there truly goes a long way. What to Bring:
- A yoga mat or borrow ones (limited supply),
- Water,
- Comfortable clothes,

TTRPG Character Development Workshop

Led by an experienced DM, this monthly workshop guides you through roleplay exercises and structured prompts to rediscover your character's motivations, philosophies, and goals. Whether you're feeling stuck mid-campaign or just want to dig deeper, this is a low-pressure space to explore your character alongside other players who get it.

Beginner Cha Cha Dance Class

Decoupage Good Vibes Jar Workshop

Led by Instructor Regan, this session walks you through the basics of decoupage as you design and decorate your own jar to take home. Fill it with positive notes, happy memories, or little reminders of what is going right. It is a creative, feel-good way to spend a Friday evening with a great group of people. All materials and instruction are provided.
