We will first wood burn and paint the wood and then use cord to create a traditional Japanese omamori knot to hang the charm. This workshop will cover basic wood burning techniques and how to make smooth lines as well as how to correct mistakes when they occur.
The students will not need to bring anything with them, however, if they would like to bring their own wood burning tool or paints that is perfectly fine.
