Policy
Everyone who participates in the group agree to the following policies:
- Be respectful to everyone in attendance and if conflict arises, please let the host of the event know.
- Attendance is important to events. If you cannot make an event, please change the RSVP 48hrs in advance. Repeated No-Shows may lead to being kicked out of the group or ban from future events at the discretion of the event host.
- Some events may have a cost. Everyone is expected to take care of their portion of costs for food, admission, and such reasonable costs associated with participation of events.

Off-site parking is located across the street at Collin Community College Library – Spring Creek Campus (2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway). The lots available are marked on the 5K Course Map
Packet Pick-Up
Dick’s Warehouse Store 1701 Preston Rd, Plano, TX 75093. Packet can be picked up starting 11.25.2025. between 11AM and 6PM
