Join us for Innovate and Inspire: Modern Tech Leadership in the Age of AI, a panel of faith-filled leaders built specifically for developers and the people who lead them.
AI is no longer a side experiment — it’s changing how we write code, ship products, and define what “good engineering” even means. And how do we engage with the transformative nature of Holy Spirit Intelligence (HSI) in a rapidly growing world of Artificial Intelligence (AI)? We’ll dig into the questions that actually matter on the ground and in our lives as image-bearing creators:
- How do you adopt AI tools without creating quiet resistance or skill atrophy?
- Where does AI currently give developers the highest leverage — and where does it still create more friction than value?
- How should individual contributors and tech leads future-proof their careers without becoming “prompt engineers”?
- What does effective change management look like when the tools themselves are rewriting the work?

Our panel brings two complementary lenses:

- Russ McGuire: An AI consultant who sees the gap between vendor promises and day-to-day developer reality
