Jeste li ikada bili na radionici keramike i samo ste htjeli nastaviti stvarati? Ovo je vaša prilika :)

Ovo neformalno događanje pokrenuli smo s ciljem da stvorimo lijepo i opuštajuće okruženje te provedemo večer u druženju i izradi unikatnih predmeta po želji.

Što očekivati?
- Voditelja nema, zbog toga je važno da ste upoznati s osnovama tehnike ručne izrade (štipanje “pinching” ili “coiling”...), no tu smo da vam pokažemo osnovnu tehniku i uputimo vas da bi samostalno mogli stvarati.
- Potičemo dijeljenje znanja. Podijelite svoje savjete i trikove ili stvari koje ste naučili s ostalim polaznicima i dajte povratne informacije jedni drugima.
- Radionica traje 3 sata (18-21h). Slobodno dođite kasnije ili otiđite ranije u tom vremenskom periodu.
- Možete napraviti što god želite i koliko god predmeta želite. Veličina pojedinog predmeta ne smije prelaziti granice naše peći (u slučaju da želite da vaš rad kasnije bude ispečen).
- Tijekom trosatne radionice možete stvarati, ali i bojati svoje predmete.

• Cijena: 15 eur (svi materijali uključeni + čaj i kava). Slobodno ponesite svoje piće.
• Dodatno: 5 eur (ako želite da se predmeti glaziraju i ispeku).

Have you ever attended a ceramics workshop and you just wanted to continue creating? This is your chance :)

We started this informal gatherings with the aim to create a nice and relaxing environment and spend an evening socialising and making beautiful objects of your choice.

What to expect?
- There is no teacher, this is why it’s important that you are familiar with the basics of handbuilding techniques (pinching or coiling…), but we are there to show you the basics and provide instructions for independent work.
- We encourage knowledge sharing. Share your tips & tricks or things you’ve learned with your co-workers and give feedback to each other.
- The workshop lasts for 3h (18-21h). Feel free to come later or leave earlier within that time frame.
- You can make whatever and as many objects you want. The size of an individual object shouldn’t exceed the limits of our kiln (in case you want it to be fired).
- During the 3 hour-workshop you can both create and paint your objects.

• Price: 15 eur (all material included + tea and coffee). Feel free to bring your own drinks.
• Extra: 5 eur (if you want your objects to be glazed and fired)

Prostor is currently hosting artists Clara Diab and Mads Hvidkær Christoffersen in artist residency.

As part of their residency, on Friday, August 8th, starting at 8pm, Mads & Clara will open the exhibition Riding the Blue Wave - an exhibition on flow and undertow.

Clara Diab is an artist in the field of poetry, performance and sculpture based in Sweden. Mads Hvidkær Christoffersen is a BA Architect and Exhibition Designer based in Denmark. Since 2023, they have been working closely together to protect modern cultural heritage through local engagement. In their most recent work The Danger of a Simple Story, they examined gentrification and urban renewal by archiving remnants and stories from a house targeted for demolition. In Split, Mads and Clara are researching patterns of European tourism in and around Prostor.

Magic Draw workshops are designed to guide you through a creative process where the focus is on how you create, not what you create. By shifting attention away from the outcome, you step beyond the need for control and move through inner creative blocks with curiosity and ease.
This playful and intuitive approach reconnects you with your natural creativity — a space of surprise, freedom, and childlike wonder.

The workshops are led by Andrea Resner, a multimedia artist from Split, Croatia. With a background in printmaking, art education, and film, Andrea brings together diverse creative practices into a unique, soul-led approach to guiding artistic experiences.

What to Expect?
Each workshop begins with a grounding practice and the writing of an intention letter to open the creative space. From there, you’ll be guided step by step by Andrea through a mindful, intuitive creative process. We close with a gentle moment of reflection and optional sharing — only if you feel called.
