Hi!
Let us introduce ourselves….. we are Leah and Bob and have been happily married for over 30 years.  We enjoy meeting new people and making new couple friends in our community.  Our goal for this group is to form a small community of genuine, meaningful friendships, where we can all have fun while socializing as couples with other couples, in a relaxed, stress-free environment.  Group activities will include dining out, visiting wineries, taking in a play, visiting waterfalls, going to local festivals, attending local concerts, etc.  We are always on the search to try new places and are open to suggestions that are good for the group.  We tend to stay in the following counties for events: Gwinnett, Hall, Jackson, Barrow, and Forsyth.  On occasion we do travel north to visit waterfalls, wineries, and charming North Georgia towns. 

THIS GROUP IS NOT A SWINGERS GROUP!  IF THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, PLEASE MOVE ON.

REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN:
1. Your profile must include your real name, at least your first name.
2. You must have a current & clear picture of yourself or you & your spouse together.
Your profile picture must be maintained to continue membership in this group.
This is necessary for members to recognize other members at events & for the safety of
ALL members.
3. IMPORTANT - Turn on all your pop-up notifications for email and messages on your
Meetup app and Meetup desktop program.
If you don't have them turned on you will miss important group information & we will not
be able to communicate with you.
4. Answer all questions completely once you click join. If you do not, we will not be able to
approve your membership.

A few housekeeping items to note:
1. RSVP’s will need to be updated before the RSVP deadline date listed on each event to
avoid being marked as a No-Show.
2. Always add a plus one for your spouse for each event attending.  *All events require you and your spouse to attend together*
3. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start time on each event. Late arrivals are not
allowed because it is unfair to other members, organizers, & your hosts.
4. A No Show will get you removed from the group. Everyone’s time is precious,
including other members, organizers, hosts, and the vendors we patron.
5. Being disrespectful to any member, group organizer, event host, or vendor we patron will
get you removed from the group.
