Our mission is to cultivate local community connections through social volunteering. We've been doing this since 2012, and we have logged over 25,000 service hours together as a community.
Who We Serve?
We serve community-minded individuals in their 20s and 30s, as well as nonprofits and social enterprises that rely on volunteer groups.
If you want to do good and meet new people this is a meetup for you!
What You'll Do?
You will volunteer with variety of partners addressing issues relevant to Atlanta i.e. Urban Agriculture, Health Food Systems, Parks & Sustainability, Seniors, Animal Welfare, and more. Then, you'll get to know your fellow volunteers at a social gathering afterwards.

Community Bucket Volunteers With Historic Westside Gardens
380 Elm St NW, Atlanta, GA, USJoin us on Saturday, November 15th, as we volunteer with Historic Westside Gardens.
We are heading back to help Historic Westside Garden prepare the gardens for the fall season. Tasks may include weeding, mulching, and planting. We’ll volunteer between 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The address of the event is 380 Elm St NW, Atlanta GA. 30314.
From 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., join us for a social hour at Westside Motor Lounge, 725 ECHO STREET NW ATLANTA, GA 30318.
Please bring a water bottle, wear closed-toed shoes, sunscreen/bug spray, and if you have gardening gloves please bring them. We will have some on-site!

Community Bucket Volunteers with Free Bikes 4 Kidz of Atlanta (Warehouse Day)
680 Murphy Ave SW, Atlanta, GA, USCome out and volunteer with us at Free Bikes 4 Kidz of Atlanta for Warehouse Day!
Join us on Sunday, November 23rd at 10:00 am as we volunteer Free Bikes 4 Kidz of Atlanta (FB4K ATL). At the warehouse, we'll help to clean and/or repair bikes in prep for the annual holiday bike giveaway by FB4K ATL.
The address is 680 Murphy Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30310. There is a short walk from the parking lot to the warehouse (0.1 mi). To go from parking lot to warehouse, make an immediate left when you enter the MET, go around edge and take a right down the row that has a big 6. Warehouse suite is 6072 and is located on the left about a quarter of the way down the row.
Do note that the warehouse is not climate controlled, so please dress as if you were going to be outdoors, wear closed-toe shoes and bring water and any other snacks you might need during your shift. Get ready for a great time!
Following the event, the Community Bucket team and volunteers will gather at Slim & Husky’s Pizza (581 Metropolitan Pkwy SW, Atlanta, GA 30310) from 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Free Bikes 4 Kidz of Atlanta (FB4K ATL) is a local Atlanta 501c(3) non-profit organization geared toward helping all kids ride into a happier, healthier childhood by providing bikes to those most in need.
