Rev. Glenda Smith has hosted an open energy share every Tuesday evening for 20 years and teaches all levels of Reiki. She is trained in three different lineages of Reiki & several other healing modalities. All are welcome at Reiki Share. You do not have to be a Reiki practitioner. Come and relax and receive the powerful energy or participate for the whole evening. If you have never experienced Reiki, this is an excellent introduction.

Full Moon Sound Immersion w/ Scot McClellan (In Person)

January’s Full Moon is known as the Wolf Moon, a name that traces back to Indigenous North American and European traditions. The name originated from the sounds of wolves howling through the long, still nights of midwinter. This moon marks the heart of winter, when survival depends on resourcefulness and unity. The howling wolves are a symbol of endurance, instinct, and connection, reflecting our own need to find strength and solidarity through the coldest months.
The Wolf Full Moon brings us to the themes of strength, community, transformation, and resilience. Observing this lunar event can be a time for introspection, setting intentions, and acknowledging the strength within us. Use this moon as a chance to evaluate your life. Consider what aspects need change or enhancement. Embrace opportunities for personal development. Explore new skills or practices that align with your intentions.
Wolves are pack animals. The pack is not only a hunting and defensive unit but also a complex social group in which wolves interact, communicate, and bond with each other. The Wolf Moon reminds us that there is an unseen connection to our own “pack”, encouraging us to reflect on the value of community, companionship, and the collective strength we derive from those we hold close. Whether this refers to your family, your friends, or a group of like-minded individuals, it’s a call to recognize the importance of these relationships in your life.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

Scot spent over 40 years working with special needs students and athletes as well as juvenile offenders. Currently he is exploring sound baths after having experiences that have led to expansive awakenings and opened new awareness’. He is expanding his knowledge by taking classes in sound healing. He hopes to provide this opportunity for others.
