Welcome to the Childfree by Choice DINKS and SINKS in Durham Meetup group! This group is for couples and singles in the Durham area who have chosen not to have children and are living the DINK (Dual Income, No Kids) or SINK (Single Income, No Kids) lifestyle. Join us for meetups to connect with like-minded individuals and enjoy a childfree social life in Durham.

A quick clarification about our group’s purpose: this space is specifically for people who are living—and embracing—a childfree life. That includes those who have intentionally chosen not to have children, as well as those who, due to life circumstances, will not have children and find community in celebrating a childfree lifestyle.

Because of that focus, this group isn’t the right fit for empty nesters or for individuals who may be planning to have children in the future. We want to ensure that members share a similar life path and can connect around the unique perspectives and experiences of being childfree.
