Welcome! This group is for women seeking ways to stay fit, healthy & active at all ages of life - without the intimidation of the gym. Because health is supposed to feel GOOD! This is not a place for diet culture or cliques. This is a community for women who want to live a balanced, healthy lifestyle - in mind & body.
We have in-person group classes (outdoors & online) & small group trainings. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer & Mind-Body Coach with many in-depth specializations. You can expect low-impact, high-results workouts utilizing your bodyweight that are focused on form, connecting to your body & precise micro-movements - think the calm of yoga meets the lean muscle-building effectiveness of strength training/Pilates/personal training.
You’ll develop greater strength inside & out thru static holds, repetitive movements & mindful breathing.
