The Facebook group will include extra perks such as voting on future books, access to free eBooks and audiobooks of the works we discuss, as well as links to Spotify playlists inspired by these works and any other adaptations
This is a curated book club for people who enjoy thoughtful conversation, good company, and books that stay with you.
I choose the books (sometimes with a shortlist and member voting), with a focus on fiction that sparks interesting discussion — often philosophical, psychological, atmospheric, or idea-rich — but not limited to one genre. We might read sci-fi, classics, horror, literary fiction, mystery, or anything else that feels worth talking about.
The goal is a group that feels both warm and social and thoughtful/intellectual — a space where people can share real interpretations without the vibe becoming pretentious or overly academic.
You don’t need to be a “serious reader” or have finished every page to come. Ideally, you’ve read the assigned section/book — but if you can contribute thoughtfully and respectfully, you’re welcome.
We’ll likely meet once a month, with the first event planned once the group has sufficient interest/members.
If you’re looking for a book club with a clear curatorial voice, interesting books, and conversations that go beyond “did you like it?”, this is for you.
