About us

Leisurely group rides around Brussels and beyond—it's forest trails, country lanes, and canal paths rather than intense road cycling.

The terrain is mostly paved but can also include compact gravel, cobblestones, and single track—so not great for road bikes with thin racing tires but anything else is fine. E-bikes allowed.

Easy to moderate pace of around 16 to 18km/h. Estimated duration is moving time and does not include lunch or other stops.

Bad weather will likely mean cancellation, so check the event page before start to confirm the go ahead.

Please bring a pump and spare inner tube and/or tire repair kit.

Last minute cancellations and no-shows are frowned upon, so only sign up if you really intend to go.

Bikepacking: Turnhout

Antwerp Central Station, KONINGIN ASTRIDPLEIN, 27, Antwerp, BE
- Train from Brussels to Antwerp on Saturday, then cycle about 60km along the Kempenroute to Turnhout.
- Stay over in Turnhout, then take a different 60km route back to Antwerp on Sunday, and return to Brussels by train.
- The full weekend route is about 120km, mostly paved and largely flat.

Baalse Hei — ~4.3km from the centre. Campsite with tent pitches and a few cabins, beside a small lake with a beach area.
