Brave Zebra Work Coaching: Group Coaching
·OnlineOnlineWelcome! This is a twice-monthly coaching group for neurodivergent and creative workers who are facing questions, challenges, or curiosity about their work life and career.
Each session is facilitated and playful — we will use visual imagery, drawing, metaphors, and more to explore the topics you bring, along with skillful coaching inquiry. Please come with one thing on your mind, or just come to listen and connect.
What to expect:

- Creative ways to explore your relationship with work and future aspirations
- Fresh perspectives from others on similar and different journeys

**Please note: You will be required to sign this coaching agreement and have a brief conversation with Marissa before attending this event for the first time to ensure alignment of needs and expectations. After that conversation, it turns out not to be a good fit, you will be refunded your registration fee, as long as this is communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

Marissa is a professional coach and organizational development consultant who helps neurodivergent and creative workers find clarity, confidence, and alignment in their work and career. She brings a warm, human-centered approach to coaching, grounded in deep curiosity and a genuine belief in each person's capacity for growth and self-knowledge.Marissa holds a Career Coaching Certificate from IAP Career College and is currently pursuing further coaching training. Her background in Organizational Development and Leadership informs the way she thinks about people, systems, and the spaces where they meet. She holds a master's degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University and a master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
