Boulder County Ladies who Move, Munch & Mingle (BC3M)

Join us for a casual Saturday morning brunch as we gather for good food, drinks, and great conversation. All members are welcome! We will be meeting at Blake’s Taphouse (Broomfield/Erie border). They have a fantastic weekend brunch menu featuring everything from breakfast burritos and chicken & waffles to mimosas and coffee. To make it easier for everyone to talk and mingle, we will be set up at two adjacent tables inside the dining room.

Important note on RSVPs: Because we are coordinating a group reservation with the restaurant, spots are limited. If your plans change and you can no longer make it, please update your RSVP at least 24 hours in advance (11:00AM Fri 10/16), emergencies excluded. This ensures anyone on the waitlist gets enough notice to grab an available spot. 😊

Looking forward to seeing you all there!

We are meeting at Relish Food Hall by the eateries in the section to the far left of the main entry (by Shari Bowls and Aces). There will be BC3M signs on the tables.

Bunco is a favorite at parties and social gatherings. If you've never played, no worries. It's an easy and fun game that promotes mingling with shifting table seating between each round. Just follow the prompts and see where the chips fall as the dice rolling determines several "winners" that go home with a few extra bucks from the "pot."

What to bring:

1. $5 to play Bunco ("Winners" that take a few extra bucks home have: most buncos, most baby buncos, most wins, most losses, highest roll-off of those left)
2. Money/credit card to buy food/drinks, if desired.
3. Hot Hands to Roll Dice and Your Lucky Charm

6:00 pm – 6:30 pm: Arrive, Eat, Drink (Relish has many options.) Socialize
6:45 pm – Bunco Begins!

PLEASE do not cancel same day if at all possible.
Location: Relish Food Hall & Pickleball

Let’s team up and give back to our local community right before the holiday season begins! We have secured a small group block to support the on-site pantry at Community Food Share in Louisville.
This is a fast-paced, bustling, and high-energy warehouse environment where we will make a direct local impact.

💪 What We’ll Be Doing
We will be stepping in as Feeding Families Pantry Assistants. Tasks dynamically change based on daily needs, but expect to stand for the shift, bend, and lift up to 25–50 lbs. We will be:

• Sorting, restocking, and organizing the food shopping floor, cooler, or freezer
• Helping outside with cart returns and neighbor check-ins
• Assisting with light clean-up tasks

⚠️ Crucial: Please Read Before Signing Up!
Because our group is strictly capped at only 5 spots, every single person counts. Please do not RSVP unless you are 100% committed to attending this exact date and time and can meet the physical requirements.
If you miss out on a spot but want to do this, drop a comment below! If there is enough interest, I will schedule an additional time slot for a separate date so others can participate.

📝 Next Steps for RSVPs
Once you secure your spot here, I will send you a private, streamlined registration link once it is provided to me. In order to participate, you must create a basic volunteer profile and watch a short safety video before our shift.
