Yin poses are designed to work on a deeper level – offering significant relief physically, mentally and emotionally. We improve the flexibility of our joints, release tension, balance the two hemispheres of the brain, unwind and allow more prana / chi (the body’s vital energy) to flow through the meridian lines of the body. Yin has its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
The address is Heldley Hall, Denmark Road, Bath BA2 3RE. If driving, you can park on the street for free for 2 hours (side of the hall) and from 6pm elsewhere.
You will find introductory offers for all my classes on my website, especially for new classes starting September.
