🏋️ OUTDOOR WORKOUT + SOCIAL DRINKS 🌊🍹
Train by the sea, meet new people and join us for a drink afterwards! Every Thursday at 7:30 PM at Port Olímpic.
Come alone or with a friend: the hosts will welcome you, help with introductions and get conversations started.
💪 THE WORKOUT
One hour of strength, cardio and mobility with a personal trainer. We’ll rotate partners and work in small teams to help everyone connect. All fitness levels welcome, including beginners—exercises are adapted to your level.
🍹 AFTERWARDS
After stretching, we’ll walk to a nearby bar to keep chatting. Joining is optional; food and drinks are paid separately.
📍 WHEN & WHERE

• Thursdays, 7:30–8:30 PM. Arrive 10–15 minutes early.
• Port Olímpic, next to Moll de la Marina. Follow the exact meeting point on the Meetup map.
• Social drinks from approximately 8:50 PM.

🎒 Bring sportswear, training shoes, water and a sweatshirt. A mat is optional; the trainer will bring mats too.
🌍 English and Spanish—you don’t need to speak both.

🏋️ ENTRENAMIENTO AL AIRE LIBRE + ENCUENTRO SOCIAL 🌊🍹
¡Entrena frente al mar, conoce gente nueva y acompáñanos después a tomar algo! Cada jueves a las 19:30 en el Port Olímpic.
Ven solo, sola o acompañado: te recibiremos, facilitaremos las presentaciones y ayudaremos a iniciar las conversaciones.
💪 EL ENTRENAMIENTO
Una hora de fuerza, cardio y movilidad dirigida por un entrenador personal. Cambiaremos de pareja y trabajaremos en pequeños equipos para conocernos de forma natural. Todos los niveles son bienvenidos, también principiantes: adaptamos los ejercicios a ti.
🍹 DESPUÉS
Tras estirar, iremos caminando a un bar cercano para seguir charlando. Quedarse es opcional; comida y bebidas se pagan aparte.
📍 CUÁNDO Y DÓNDE

• Jueves, de 19:30 a 20:30. Llega 10–15 minutos antes.
• Port Olímpic, junto al Moll de la Marina. Sigue el punto exacto del mapa de Meetup.
• Encuentro social desde las 20:50, aproximadamente.

🎒 Trae ropa deportiva, calzado para entrenar, agua y una sudadera. La esterilla es opcional; el entrenador también llevará esterillas.
🌍 Español e inglés; no necesitas hablar ambos idiomas.
🌦️ Avisaremos por Meetup de cualquier cambio por mal tiempo.

Para asegurarnos de que todos practiquen por igual, dividiremos la hora en dos partes:
Primeros 30 minutos: Conversación exclusiva en español 🇪🇸
Últimos 30 minutos: Conversación exclusiva en inglés 🇬🇧
¡No te preocupes por cometer errores, aquí venimos a aprender, charlar y pasar un buen rato.
Para crear un buen ambiente, es muy importante que en tu perfil tengas una foto clara en la que se te vea. Si no tienes una foto tuya, pasarás amablemente a la lista de espera. Aunque veas que estás en la lista de espera, inscríbete de todos modos, ya que iré aceptando asistentes para mantener un equilibrio entre hombres y mujeres. Esto ayuda a crear un mejor ambiente.
Es obligatorio pedir al menos una consumición por persona.
Si te has apuntado y al final no puedes asistir, por favor, actualiza tu asistencia. De lo contrario, serás eliminado/a amablemente del grupo.

In order to create a good atmosphere, it's very important that in your profile you have a clear picture of you. If you do not have a picture of yourself, you will be kindly moved to the waiting list. Even if you see a waiting list, try to get enrolled as I will be accepting attendees to keep a balance between men and women. This helps to create a better ambience.
It is mandatory to order at least one drink per person.
If you get enrolled and in the end you cannot make it, please update your RSVP. Otherwise, you will be kindly removed from the group.

Saldremos desde Honest Greens Barceloneta en dirección a la playa de la Mar Bella, con posibilidad de continuar un poco más allá mientras disfrutamos de la brisa marina y del ambiente de la ciudad.
La idea no es competir ni batir récords, sino conocer gente nueva y disfrutar del deporte en buena compañía.
Al terminar, todo el que quiera, iremos a tomar algo a algún bar de la zona.

We'll set off from Honest Greens Barceloneta towards Mar Bella Beach, with the possibility of continuing a little further while enjoying the sea breeze and the city's atmosphere.
The idea isn't to compete or break records, but to meet new people and enjoy sports in good company.
At the end, anyone who's interested can join us for a drink at a local bar.
