Classy Cocktails & Comedy

Join us for this month’s AVL Digital Nomads Classy Cocktails, this time with a rooftop comedy twist at Antidote, located at 12 Coxe Ave in the heart of South Slope.
Antidote is tucked away on the south slope of downtown Asheville has ambiance in spades with vintage lounge vibes, craft cocktails, warm lighting, and just the right amount of “we accidentally stayed out way later than planned” energy.
The rooftop bar has become a favorite local hangout for people who appreciate fresh air, signature drinks, friendly locals and Comedy shows on Thursday nights!
We’ll kick things off with our traditional Classy Cocktails happy hour from 6:00–8:00 PM, where you can connect with fellow digital nomads, entrepreneurs, creatives, and remote workers, from around Asheville and beyond.
For those of you who want to keep the night rolling, we’ll stay for the comedy show from 8:30–10:00 PM.
Comedy cover charge is approximately $10–15.

Welcome to our monthly Book Club! We’re a small, friendly group that gets together for fun, thoughtful conversations about a different book each month.
Finished the whole book? Great. Only made it through a few chapters? Still come. Didn’t read it at all but the discussion sounds interesting? Honestly, you’re welcome too.
We meet on the first Tuesday of every month.One of the best things about this group is that we keep it relatively small and guide the conversation, so it doesn’t turn into three people talking while everyone else quietly questions their life choices. Everyone has a chance to jump in, share their thoughts, and explore the book’s characters, themes, writing, and bigger ideas.
You definitely don’t need to be a literary expert. Whether you read constantly or you’re trying to get back into it, this is a relaxed place to discover new books, hear different perspectives, and meet some great people along the way.
