Come ride with Almas Libres, for our monthly Skate Social Club were, once a month, we bring together all our community of skaters. No matter if youre a complete beginner or a seasonal professional, our coaches will guide you!

SURFSKATE (ADVANCED) TECHNICAL SKILLS AND BODY CONDITIONING
Come ride with Almas Libres, Barcelona’s largest women’s urban sports community! Our Advanced Surfskate Technical Training and Body Conditioning class is designed for experienced riders ready to take their skills to the next level.
Surfskating demands strength, control, and full-body coordination. In this training, you’ll engage key muscle groups, arms, shoulders, back, core, and legs through a targeted workout that improves form, enhances performance, and helps prevent injuries. Beyond strength and conditioning, we’ll also focus on balance, flexibility, and breathwork, essential tools for mastering advanced surfskate techniques.
Our sessions are in collaboration with Yow, and are built to refine your technical skills and increase your power, flow, and confidence on the board.

Whether you're taking your first steps, from stance, pushing, and braking or working toward your first flat-ground tricks, our beginner-friendly sessions create a safe, supportive space, designed for women by women. Led by experienced skaters Raquel and Nadia, this class will help you build skills, confidence, and community on and off the board.
