We’ll begin with a 60-minute yoga session by the sea. The practice will be grounding, beginner-friendly, and designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body. Expect a gentle hatha flow, some strengthening moments, and a long, calming relaxation while listening to the ocean.
After yoga, we’ll stay at the beach to enjoy a picnic together. This is a chance to meet new people in a natural and easy way, no pressure, no awkward networking, just open conversation and shared presence.
